Wells Fargo ATMs also to accept donations for American Red Cross
SAN FRANCISCO - Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) said today the company will donate $200,000 to support the relief efforts for those impacted by the unprecedented flooding in the Houston area. The company will contribute $100,000 to the American Red Cross, and $50,000 each to the United Way of Greater Houston and the Houston Food Bank.
Additionally, from now through May 6, Wells Fargo customers can donate to the American Red Cross at Wells Fargo ATMs in Texas. Customers will not be charged a fee for using this service and 100 percent of the donations will be sent to the American Red Cross. Wells Fargo’s Go FarTM Rewards customers can contribute any amount of their redeemable rewards balance as a donation to American Red Cross Disaster Relief from today through May 1 by accessing their rewards account at GoFarRewards.wf.com or calling the Go FarTM Rewards Service Center at 1-877-517-1358.
